Due to the nature of the product in question we wouldn't be able to process returns for items that do not have their seal/s intact (if any) This is applicable to individually packaged replacement coil-heads or Pods, E-Liquid bottles, and other similarly classifiable consumables. However, products with opened retail boxes may still be eligible to return and exchange, pending integrity verification.
